If you are looking to augment your EPA intake, you’ll generally must pay greater than if you want to augment your DHA intake. I start with the proposition that I need to eat high amounts of Omega 3s to beat a lifetime deficiency, and to increase the level Omega 3s in the tissues of my body. I have been doubling the quantity of fish oil I take every 6 months, so far without big ill results. I am hoping to obtain premier blood force and/or blood sugar readings. There is a few logic to taking higher amounts of ALA flax seed and high quantities of EPA fish oil in preference to DHA since apparently both of these EFAs are precursors of DHA, and thus can be converted to DHA as required. Also, EPA helps reduce irritation, and thus may be more enormous in reducing inflammatory illnesses.
